Barbara Capone, the creator of the patented and trademarked Bay Leaf Soup Bait LLC, enjoys spending time in the kitchen. Barbara invented an innovative way to incorporate the use of bay leaves into soups, stews and sauces.  Bay Leaf Soup Bait is essentially a bay leaf in a filter bag attached to a long string which drapes over a pot much like you would steep a teabag in a coffee mug. This technique reduces bay leaf waste, reduces choking hazards and eliminates the burden of remembering how many bay leaves you need to fish out of your pot, saving time!
